A Simple 4-Step Process to Building Your Dream

Step 1:  Consultation

During this step, you talk -- we listen!  This is your opportunity to discuss your vision and goals. There are no obligations.  We simply decide if we're a right fit for each other, and whether or not we continue on to Step 2.


The sorts of items we'll cover in this conversation are:


  • What you're hoping to accomplish
  • Your style & design preferences
  • Budget and financing


Step 2:  Design

It's during this phase that all the details are ironed out.  Together, we'll design your new home or remodel project from the ground up.


You can expect to:


  • Choose & customize home plans
  • Select features, fixtures, and finishes
  • Approve your final contract

Step 3:  Construction

This step is when your dreams start to become reality.  We'll be in constant contact throughout your construction project. 


During this phase, you'll:


  • Receive frequent updates from our home office and our construction manager
  • Have access to your own online client portal
  • Participate in walk throughs as the project progresses

Step 4:  Warranty

This step happens after all the work is complete. Unbridled Homes is committed to provide warranty coverage in order to give you that extra peace of mind.


Our warranty coverage includes:


  • A 1-year builder warranty
  • An initial walk-through upon completion of your home
  • A thorough 11-month walk-through prior to your warranty's end
