Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis.  The Bookkeeper at Unbridled Homes will report directly to the owner and will play a critical role in managing the company's finances.  Our goal for our Bookkeeper is to find an ideal work/life balance with the ability to make a major contribution to our team, while coming into the office just one or two days each week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the company's financial records in QuickBooks Online
• Linking and managing the connection between QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend
• Entering and paying invoices
• Calculating draw amounts and submitting the appropriate paperwork to lenders and clients
• Reconciling statements each month
• Closing out jobs upon completion and presenting management with job specific financial reports
• Providing our CPAs with the documents they need for quarterly and year-end review calls and tax preparation
• Creating and presenting monthly financial statements, Key Performance Indicator data and ratios
• Other related tasks and projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online in a professional role
• Experience in the residential construction industry preferred
• Valid Driving License and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Flexible
• We can work with the right candidate to find a schedule that is convenient for us both
• A typical day is 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• The right candidate will be willing to scale their hours up or down based on the workload
• Occasional travel may be required to attend workshops, seminars and trade shows

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Hourly pay between $18 and $25 per hour depending on experience.
• The hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base hourly compensation range for this position. Actual hourly pay rates may vary depending on factors such as the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
• 401(k) plan with a generous company match
