Our vision is to build very high quality homes that are customized to our clients' needs and respectful of their budgets.
Ryan Band - Home Builder
Ryan Band is a third generation home builder with a passion for building quality custom homes and a slight obsession with job site cleanliness. He grew up surrounded by homes under construction that were being built by his father, who has been one of Louisville's top custom home builders for 40 years. As a teenager he spent his summers working with trim carpenters, framers, painters and cleaning up his father's job sites.
He attributes his passion for quality and his strict attention to detail to his father, who taught him to always use the best materials and most skilled craftsmen. He credits his obsession with job site cleanliness to his grandfather, who often reminds him that you can easily spot a builder who takes pride in the quality of his or her work by how clean they keep their job sites.
As a member of the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville, Ryan serves on the Building Industry Charitable Foundation committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders.

Each time we sell a home, we donate $250 to support the well-being of horses in Kentucky. Impressed by their passion for improving the lives for Kentucky's horses, we proudly support the following organizations.
Second Stride provides professional rehabilitation, retraining, and placement for retired thoroughbred racehorses in qualified homes so that they may reach their full potential in a productive second career. The organization is made up of volunteers who are active in other areas of the racing industry: owners, partnership managers, handicappers, trainers.
The Kentucky Humane Society's Equine C.A.R.E. (Connect, Assist, Rescue, Educate) Program is dedicated to helping the companion or recreational horse. Our proactive services include moving horses from crisis into safe homes or rescue agencies, providing online re-homing services to horse owners who can no longer keep them, matching available horses with adopters, implementing gelding and wellness clinics, and making educational tools and resources available to our equine community.
